I am a busy working mom of 4, whether I was a staying at home mom – that on its own is an even bigger job without any lunch breaks or holidays. However, in order for me to be the best mom, daughter, sister, friend or wife I need to have some time for “MYSELF” where I can just unwind and recharge in order to become a better version of myself.
Remember one day.. the kids will grow up and leave, ask yourself who am I without everyone that is around me? Because guess what? That person will stay — so start discovering who you are NOW!
Once I get some “Me time” and do what I like to do! That is the time I also get to discover who I am ()Just some time on my own, without being called every 2 seconds or without having to do one task after the other. I find I am a better listener and I am actually present to fully engage to whatever conversation that I am having.
